Each of the protocols in this series presents a session-by-session, research-based treatment plan, including evaluation instruments, sample treatment summaries for use with managed care, handouts, weekly homework, and strategies to use for delivering key information. A client manual is available for each protocol, containing all the materials that the client will need. A 12- to 16-session treatment. Techniques include psychoeducation, breathing retraining, interoceptive exposure, in vivo exposure, and relapse prevention.
